I am a huge fan of Boston Pizza and have a regular order for me and my son that we love. Unfortunately last night I ordered almost $100 of food for a party last night and got it delivered. Some of the items were missed. I called in to ask for a refund or gift card but was met with Boston Bucks? Just a credit for exactly what was missing. I appreciate the sentiment but I have no desire to order any of the items missed as they do not appeal to me. It's a simple customer service issue that would be fixed with a gift card but the woman I spoke with outright refused. I was turned off by the entire experience (as i lost out on almost $40 in food) and sadly will move on to find a new pizza place to call my favourite.

I went to this location this recent Friday, and my friend and I were there for her late birthday party, ironically after her dads funeral, so our moods weren't the best. Our server though made our night a lot better, they're name was Brooklyn I believe, and they were very polite and gave us better customer service than I was expecting on a busy Friday night. Overall had a great experience and the food was amazing.

We ordered delivery. Mistakes can made on the order I understand. When the restaurant goes above and beyond to make it right, makes all the difference. We ordered a chicken Pecan salad and they forgot to send dressing with it. Not just this time but the last time we ordered it too. They hustled another one out to us within 30 min along with 2 dressings for the one missing it, and a discount coupon too. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Mistakes can happen but they will correct it

Really friendly staff and are quick to modify an order or fill your glass. The salad- meat combos are huge and are great after a day rollerblading or bicycling at the beach.

The service was great especially it being a full house with pandemic restrictions lifted. Got a margarita that wasn't good and the nachos were not as plentiful as usual. Our server was wonderful and they had no problem and were pleasant about taking the drink back at no charge. All in all we enjoyed the atmosphere and watching the Winnipeg Jets game on the big screens. Parking here is a nightmare with the small lot and one way in.

****EDIT**** I was told to contact the email address in the response to my review below. I contacted them the same day they left their message, and I still have yet to hear back. I have emailed them twice with no answer. Talk about horrible customer service. We ordered takeout from Boston Pizza last night on St Mary's, and while normally we have a fantastic experience, this time around it wasn't so great. We ordered our pizzas to be ready for 5 and all three pizzas (including my daughter's kid pizza and her French Fries) were ice cold. My husband arrived before 5 and they were already ready. And we only live 5 minutes away. We had to warm them up when we got them home in order to enjoy our meal. It was very disappointing, especially when you spend so much on the pizzas themselves. As well, the toppings on the pizza looked like they were thrown on there, especially on the tropical chicken pizza. Very disappointed this time around and not sure of we will be returning!!

I hate to leave a one star review. Food arrived in satisfactory time. Price was $47 for a chicken burger, small poutine, and large chicken quesadilla, and side salad. Side salad was forgotten. With these prices, quality is expected. The chicken burger was the honey dill chicken sandwich. Very dry, hard to chew. No flavour, soggy, It was simply awful. The poutine was enough for a toddler, not a full grown man. Salty. Just tasted poor. Chicken Quesadilla was satisfactory, but the side was forgotten. The value was just insulting. $50 for a chicken burger, fries, and a quesadilla. Simply gouging customers. A company must try to be acquiring return business. Please don't bother with the generic manager response apologizing, offering to make it better. I simply will never return to Boston Pizza. Go local, avoid this corporate slop. I feel ripped off. Recommend? I would suggest anyone who reads this review to order elsewhere. Boston pizza is garbage. Avoid it.
