From start to finish, JM taught us everything we needed to know about the lending process, helping us put our best foot forward and getting us an amazing deal! He explained everything to us thoroughly (often more than once!) and treated us with respect and professionalism (something we saw was lacking in some other brokers we spoke with). JM saw us for who we were as individuals, behind the numbers and to the life change we were embarking on, and helped us better understand our priorities by empowering us with knowledge to make informed decisions.
Most importantly, he worked with our amazing realtor (Christian at Roger Martin's Group) to help us find, place an offer, and close on an amazingly priced home! We can't thank him enough for everything he's given us, and will never forget working together!

They both took amazing care of me, and kept me sane on days when I think I couldn’t do it. Always positive & creative with solutions, his services were tailor fit with my needs- found me an amazing realtor and Real estate lawyer who worked as a team to make my home ownership dreams come true, especially considering the fact that I didn’t think I was in a position to own. he is a great educator, and really prepared me for what to expect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brilliant. JM is the fellow you want supporting you in all things mortgage. JM and Hannah are professional, informed, patient and excellent to work with (of course, it's what you'd expect). But more importantly they are also calm and highly impressive problem solvers under pressure. When our first mortgage setup was threaten by mistakes we made, they calmed the waters, made the extra calls, fixed our mistakes and made it all work - and they were so chill about it (I'd have been so mad at us if I'd been in their positions.) Anyway, I could go on and on. Trust them and reap the rewards.
