Allen helped me save hundreds of thousands of dollars by switching my mortgage into a much better product which I had no idea even existed because most brokers do not promote the products which make them less commission. Allen wants what is best for the client and is not concerned about his commission cheque but how much money he can save people. I have worked with other brokers in the past which have been a nightmare and stressful because they over promised and under delivered. With Guardian Mortgages you get guaranteed results, organized paperwork and no fear of the mortgage not being ready upon closing time. This is a huge peace of mind for me as I dealt with nightmares so choose your brokers wisely and do not only go after the lowest interest rate because there is much to it than that!! I highly recommend their services. Absolutely amazing!
