Unfortunately, my experience regarding the service and service department here was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this service to anybody. I had a blown CV axle on my ram 1500. Damage occurred Sunday afternoon, and I was quick to call at 7:30am Monday morning. Having somewhat of a mechanical background, I knew the vehicle was inoperable and unable to be driven to the dealership. Was assigned a service advisor on my initial phone call, left a voicemail for him to contact me, to arrange a roadside tow, and a rental vehicle, as my vehicle was still under warranty. Had not heard back, and was unable to reach him again, at 4:30 later that day. Left another voicemail. Finally on Tuesday afternoon, I had called back again, as nobody had returned my multiple voicemails, and finally made connection with him, explaining the damage that had occurred, and that I likely needed a CV axle replacement. He had passed on a number for me, to call roadside assistance, to get the vehicle towed in, and he would get it booked in Wednesday morning for repair. Tow truck driver was excellent, and we had the vehicle towed in late Tuesday night. On Wednesday at 4:00 I was contacted by my service advisor, explaining to me that, I needed a CV axle replacement. ( which I clearly knew ) And that parts were minimum 2-3 weeks away. He also told me I could come and pick the vehicle up, and continue driving it if needed, but highway travel was not recommended. This is after the technicians had looked at it, and gave their opinion. Considering the fact I had picked the ball bearings up, off the road, this to me was a complete disregard for my safety. So at this point, on Wednesday at the end of the day, I've been without a vehicle, since Sunday night, having to take cabs too/from my work site, with still no direction or timeline of my repair, or rental vehicle arrangement or anything. My service advisor had informed me Wednesday evening, that he would make arrangements to get me a rental vehicle, and would contact me Thursday morning. By noon, I had not heard from him, or had anybody contact me regarding a rental. Inquisitively I made a call to AUTO CLEARING DODGE, explained the problems, and the situation. I was told by their advisor, that he could have the repairs done, and have the truck ready for me the next day. Frustratedly, I went into Dodge City, and asked them to sign a release form, allowing me to drive my truck over to Auto Clearing, (as they told me previously that it would be fine) And of course, they would not do that, or accept any liability. After wasting 20 minutes of my time, and my employee's, as he had to drive me there, I left without knowing how, or when my truck would be taken to Auto Clearing, as this is what I had asked for. Finally at the end of the day, my vehicle was delivered to AUTO CLEARING, and they had the repairs done for me by noon on Friday. I rarely write reviews, or get frustrated to the point where I feel exposing somebodies faults is beneficial, however in this case, I hope This dealership can learn from this. I bought this vehicle because warranty was extremely important for me, as a construction manager, my job takes me all over the city, and my truck is extremely important for me to do my job. Having to take cabs and Ubers to my job sites is incredibly ridiculous when I have warranty on my vehicle. I really got the feeling that nobody cared, and I was inconveniencing them. Incredibly disappointing and Frustrating. You're in the service industry. Answer the phone, and train your staff to do better. I will never be returning here unfortunately. As highly recommended by my son, Chris, Vin was exceptional with all of the details. Vin, was professional, efficient, helpful, very friendly and was always quick with any questions that I had. When I went in to trade my car in, I did it out of necessity. But the service I received was excellent and made the whole thing more than pleasant. This is the second time I got a vehicle from here and have nothing but good things to say. Special thanks to Levi K for being patient with all my changes in decisions, he was super helpful before, during and even after the purchase! Best of all, I got everything I wanted in the vehicle I drove home with. Highly recommended.

We are new in the country and have our doubts to go to Dodge City or not. We are really fortunate we met Jack. Overall not elated or fully satisfied with my experience with a dodge city motors salesman(mind you dodge city as a whole is exceptional). It is not my first, second, or even third time buying a brand new vehicle. With that being said I have had enough experience to know a good dealer from a not so good dealer. There were many delays, and the salesman was not approachable and made me feel like a burden more than once. Last I checked salesmen go above and beyond for their customers and always offer streamlined service. I felt like my salesman (Jack) tried to pawn off my problems and made me deal with other people, when he could have easily dealt with my problems firsthand. He was very blunt and made me feel as if my concerns on by purchase weren’t β€œthat big of a deal”, when it is a huge deal for me as my purchased was a little over 100,000. That is not cheap and for a price tag like that I expect EXCEPTIONAL salesman service. Dodge city itself offers exceptional services and I have never had any issues whatsoever until I interacted with Jack the salesman. In the future I would not like to interact with said salesman.
