Receptionist exaggeratedly sighed just because I asked her if she could photocopy a scope of work page for an estimate by phone for an aftermarket bumper install. Other places I visited later that day had no issue with this. Great way to lose business just like that. Edit* Oct 26, 2020 Why would there be any record of my name? You can ask your female receptionist. She specifically said, everyone is on lunch and to come back later. I asked if I could get a call back instead and would leave a copy of the [scope of work/bumper installation manual] with them so they can assess and call me back on the estimate. When I asked if she could make a copy for me she deeply exaggerated sigh showing how much an inconvenience it was for her. That was it. I told her never mind and took my documents and left to other businesses. Parr Autobody didn't specialize in Tesla parts and recommended me to another store over the phone an hour later. Boyd Autobody gave me a quote the same day by phone from the copy they made of my scope of work and eventually I went to Kavia Autobody which also only needed a copy of my scope of work to make a quote which I ended up choosing to have the work done. There is nothing to discuss or other issues to resolve. Just take it as a lesson in customer service. Thank you and goodbye.

Having done much work to this restoration project myself, I found the technicians very informative and generous with advice regarding the painting stage. The front desk service was very good and the shop was neat and clean. The overall environment among the staff was relaxed and friendly. I also enjoyed the nifty personality touches at the establishment! All this is a credit to the owner who was very kind and helpful and very fair in dealing with me. I will gladly continue to take any future autobody work to Platinum and can fully recommend others to do the same.

I had a hole under my car and a windshield replacement that both needed to be fixed for an out of province inspection. Not only did they take the time to give me a quote and break down the pricing for me, they were quick to book me in as well. I have called multiple garages in the city, believe me when I tell you Platinum's customer service is out of this world. Thank you again !
