J'ai du y retourner pour des piÚces mal ajusté. (+ d'autres trucs trop longs à expliquer ici)
On nous presse aussi à prendre une décision, moi j'aime comprendre la cause du pourquoi.
Je suis curieuse mais pas niaiseuse : on joue sur la vulnérabilité des femmes et sur le temps qui presse pour faire tel travaux qui sont expliqué rapidement dans VOS mots !
J'y suis allée pour économiser du fait que le taux horaire est trÚs différent de chez mon concessionnaire. J'y ai dépensé un total de 2600 $ ( en 2 ans) en accessoires/réparations/pneu d'été et je ne suis pas à l'aise avec ces travaux effectués sur ma précieuse voiture.
I went there a few times to have my car repaired and I regretted it every time :(
I had to go back for poorly fitting rooms. (+ other stuff too long to explain here)
We are also urged to make a decision, I like to understand the cause of why.
I am curious but not silly: we play on the vulnerability of women and the time that is needed to do such work that is explained quickly in YOUR words!
I went there to save because the hourly rate is very different from my dealer. I spent a total of $ 2600 (in 2 years) in accessories / repairs / summer tire and I am not comfortable with this work done on my precious car.

â â â â â J'ai amenĂ©e mon Dodge journey pour faire un alignement, et aprĂšs 30 min ils m'ont dit que mon Dodge avait beaucoup de problĂšme a arranger comme pour faire un alignement. Mais ils l'on quand mĂȘme fait.... les rĂ©paration couteraient plus de 3000$, je ne comprend pas pourquoi ils l'on fait quand mĂȘme, c'est supposĂ© d'ĂȘtre des professionnels ils savaient qu'un alignement ne servirait Ă rien. Bein non c'Ă©tait plus facile de m'crosser puis me charger 113 avec taxe. En plus avec son air bĂȘte il me dit qu'il a travailler pour rien. Bien oui et moi j'ai payĂ©e pour rien. Je suis allĂ©e Ă une autre place et ils m'ont dit que le mĂ©canicien n'aurait jamais dĂ» me charger rien du tout. Plus jamais j'irai a cet endroit.
I brought my Dodge Journey to do an alignment, and after 30 minutes they told me that my Dodge had a lot of trouble to fix like to do an alignment. But they still made .... the repairs would cost more than $ 3,000, I do not understand why they did it anyway, it's supposed to be professionals they knew that an alignment would not serve to nothing. Bein no it was easier to crash and then charge me 113 with tax. In addition to his stupid air he tells me he has to work for nothing. Well yes and I paid for nothing. I went to another place and they told me that the mechanic should never have charged me anything at all. I will never go to this place again.
