They have an appropriate amount of staff on the floor, all of whom appeared to actually know what they were talking about and willing to assist. They had a decent inventory, although I found their prices were slightly higher than their competitors, but its a very reasonable trade-off for the great service they offered. Would definitely shop here again.

F	Frederick Nicholson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the reviews are fake! Every time I go to this Home Hardware, I regret it. Almost every item is much more expensive than other hardware stores. Most of all - the staff are incredibly rude!! Also, if you ask for help, they will make you feel bad for bothering them. The people at the customer service desk give you so much attitude! Never expect a 'thanks', 'you're welcome', 'have a nice day' etc. I live just a few blocks away, but I avoid this store at all costs. Rona Elora or Home Depot in Guelph are well worth the drive. The only good thing are the cashiers - they are always very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The cashiers are the only thing that make me hate this place a little less.
