I'm so glad that we did because this fast food restaurant delivers on quality food. The staff was incredibly friendly and we even caught the franchise owner at the store and he was just as kind as his staff. I highly recommend that you try this Dixie Lee fried chicken restaurant the next time your stomach growls!
L	Leonard E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s dinner time and the location is the Village Square Mall. We decided on a 10-piece Mega Bucket with family fries, gravy and coleslaw along 10pc chicken for $37.99. Added $7.99 for a 1pc premium Haddock fish and a $5.99 poutine to the meal. Our order took 10 minutes to prepare. Service was friendly. The fried chicken was tasty and flavourful. Great coleslaw, fries and gravy. Didn’t know why the poutine was so salty but it was better once we mixed in the gravy included with the Mega Bucket. The haddock was delicious but not worth the $7.99 price tag for what was the size of a Mars candy bar. All in all, the meal satisfied 4 empty stomachs.

The chicken however was not very good. It was rubbery, the skin was not crisp, and the seasoning was nothing to write home about. I would rank it below KFC. It was not greasy which is one posotive. The fries are tasty though and the gravy is decent.
