M	Mitchell Barry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been going to Pan Mai for years now but our family won't be going there any longer. The food is decent but make sure you check your bag before leaving. Our last 2 orders have been missing food items. When we notified the restaurant we were offered credits that didn't even cover the cost of the items that were missing. Hugely dissapointed, but I'll personally be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer service is at an all time low and this last order wasn't complete. When we called multiple times to report the missing items, there was no answer and prior to picking up the order, the pick-up time was not honored and there was no recognition of extra wait time. Unfortunately the likelihood of our patronage is on an all-time low... extremely disappointed; especially when trying our best to support local business. Midland for Chinese food now!

And…the food is nowhere near as good as the original owners that unfortunately sold the business a few years ago. Will not go back.

So after scanning thru' few restaurants I came across Pan Mai (which I believe translates to “Good Food” in English) and gazed thru’ mixed reviews, most of them were positive. So I thought of having my dinner at this place. My friend and I ordered a couple of Combos and single dishes. And, Oh my god, the food was so amazing, especially the Veg Chow Mein. Not only the food but their service is good too. And the best thing is u get both of these at a very less price. Not an expensive place to eat. I am planning to have a family dinner here very soon. I am sure my folks would love this place. That being said, I am going to give a five ? rating for their food and service. PS: The lady manager, Neha was very humble and funny :)

We have recommended so many of our family and friends to choose them over the other closer Chinese food restaurants in our own town. Tonight, our rice was over cooked but barely warm. Deep fried spareribs were dried out, no General Tao chicken,suggested Kung po chicken, which was soggy and not tasty at all. I dinner for 2 which comes with egg rolls, came with none. We ordered 2 spring rolls, received 3that were crispy but soggy on the inside. Paid$73.00 for food we couldn't eat. Not happy.
