★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to book an appointment is very difficult since they do not answer the phone (I called 6 times in 1 hour, and no answer). Also, friendly tip: the clinic opens at 9am, but the doctor does not get in until 10am (no need to show up at 9am just to wait around for an hour).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital in the whole of Mississauga. The receptionist lied that the test isn't ready. It's like they don't want to work ..Hardly pickk up the phone, doctor is either on holidays, training or something else ... Never return calls.
Very unprofessional. Anyone who cares about their health should not even bother going to this ckinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago to meet with the doctor. My toddler son needs a family doctor and this is one of the few doctors that specializes in children. We arrived to the appointment on time but was unable to see the doctor. We waited 40 minutes till we left. We asked numerous times when we would see the doctor and we were always told that the doctor was running behind. We decided to leave because my husband was already late for work and our toddler was getting antsy.
