★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word to describe my experience — AMAZING!!
I did the first Discover Freediving course, and it is definitely one of the most beginner-friendly course I've done for any sport so far.
Quintin (the instructor) is very professional and passionate about what he does. He explains very clearly the various aspects behind the breathwork and makes sure that you'll be comfortable in the pool with the freediving equipment. You also gradually work up to stay underwater for longer, so you can feel very confident by the time that you start doing a PADI certification courses.
This is definitely the place to go for if you're curious about diving at all. I'll be holding my breath (haha) to start my certification courses with DIV/OCEAN soon ?
