β β β β β Used to be good but not anymore. The hours are horrible, they donβt offer delivery (even during covid) and the staff is very rude. There are so many good pharmacies but this isnβt one!

β β β β β I just walked in the Disera Pharmacy today because I was not feeling well and had a fever. I have never experienced such an amazing customer service!! I don't know the name of the person who helped me but he was so pleasant and professional and new right away which medication to recommend.

β β β β β Used to be good,unfortunately not same anymore,weβre moved to another area,so change pharmacy,the pharmacy called to transfer all medications,answer was,0 to transfer,really!?,at least a have 9 refills and itβs very important medication!!!!just why are you acting like this?

β β β β β Pharmacist Kevin was not wearing a mask, it was resting under his chin with his mouth and nose exposed. The other pharmacy workers only put their mask on when they saw a customer look at them, Kevin still kept it off. Completely unprofessional was waiting for assistance while he was loudly on a call that sounded personal. Decided to simply walk out without my prescription I was already feeling uncomfortable because of their non compliance with the covid protocols and was waiting for Kevin half an hour. Will not be coming back.

β β β β β Kevin is definitely a character but he knows his stuff. He runs the whole pharmacy dang near by himself. Even gave me a discount without asking and asked if I wanted to switch my prescription to generic since it made more sense.
