These guys went above and beyond to meet the delivery date of my kids bunkbed, knowing that they had been waiting months they dropped it off after shift on their way home. Could not ask for a better delivery company. You made my sons week!

I have a new warehouse employee and Cody, driver #501, went out of his way to help me coach him on things to do when receiving a delivery. I was and am very impressed by his level of service and professionalism.

Hello to you all I Have had 2 Bad experiences with Diamond Delivery services Victoria And the General Manager In Vancouver In the past 7 weeks For Multiple Failed Deliveries Were I have had a rented fork lift and confirmed delivery dates and times And have been left to hold the bag on a expensive fork lift rental. And no one from the DIAMOND DELIVERY wants to admit they screwed up. Now I am left to have another carrier retrieve my goods and deliver them to me. So the point of this story look for other freight carriers because these people are unreliable at DIAMOND DELIVERY. JG

Just picked up a item today from Diamond. Wade and Roary are both great. As a business owner I would like all my employees to be as polite and professional as Wade and Roary were. When you don’t do this everyday it can be a bit overwhelming. Both Roary and Wade made my experience in dealing with Diamond Delivery a pleasant and recommendable experience. I’d feel comfortable recommending Diamond Delivery to anyone.

We had a delivery made recently by this company and somehow our mailbox was noticeably dented when I arrived home, as well as, the Halloween sign that was hanging off the mailbox when I left that morning was on the ground below and our planter was also visibly disrupted as one of the plants in the back had been bent and was almost touching the ground. I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman by the name of Rory, who apologized and asked for me to send in photos. However, despite sending in photos of the damage and informing them that my neighbour had also reportedly heard a loud bang but thought something he had put into his storage unit had simply fallen off the shelf, the driver denies doing the damage. I receive a reply email from Ali Strueby, Terminal Administrator, who also claimed to be the supervisor (when I asked to speak to her supervisor) stated "I spoke to the driver regarding this delivery, he actually sent me a photo once it was delivered. He advised that there was no damage done by when he was there. As you can see from the photo my driver sent me the mailbox was already in that condition when he arrived. The photo she sent me was after the delivery! How does that "show the condition of my mailbox prior to him arriving!? It was very insulting to be disregarded like that, that I wasn't aware of the state of my mailbox that morning to notice as soon as I got home the damage! Even my 9 year old daughter noticed right away when she got home from school! As a small business owner myself, how hard would it have been to own up to the mistake, and offer to make it right, even to offer to replace the customer's damaged mailbox. Instead of trying to tell the customer the damages they are reporting were existing prior to the delivery!? Was $40.00 to replace a damaged mailbox really going to break the bank? Now they have a very unsatisfied customer who is going to leave a negative review based on their experience and will never use their company again!

Purchased a unique table from a company in Victoria BC. They outsource delivery to Diamond Delivery. Diamond sent the delivery to the wrong city (Kelowna) and did not let me know. When I called and asked, three days prior to finding out it was errantly sent away, I was told they would call me right back and they never did. The company I bought the table from called and was told they would deliver in the next two days, never saying that it was sent to the wrong city Their communication and customer service is abysmal. Considering the cost of goods and how long things are taking to begin with, Diamonds inability to perform simple tasks and telling the truth has made it so I will never use their services for any of my businesses and will not allow delivery from them.

We had a laser cutter imported that was picked up from Vancouver and brought to Victoria. During the transport procedure, when diamond was in possession of the crate and machine, a fork lift ran into the machine, destroying the sensitive equipment and just dropped it off without any indication of why there was a hole into our crate. Avoid this company, they are not professional. I get it, mistakes happen, but to not acknowledge there was a problem and to pretend it didn’t happen is awful and really affected us in our business that I am still working through.
