★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I bought my ring, i intentialy brought an older ring for them to use as a guideline to have the right size; they called me 3 weeks afterwards and still managed to have the wrong size.
I told myself, I should gave them a chance...worst decision ever made.
They took the ring back to fixe the size; called my back another 4 weeks later; only to find out that they exchanged my ring for something else!!!! I bought a gold ring; they gave ma back a silver ring!!! The rep tried to pull a fast one by rushing my wife to try the ring on in a hurry; in hope that she doesn't notice the change!!! That place is shady!! I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service.... My fiancé and I were ring shopping for a whole engagement set. I wanted to take a picture of one of the rings that I tried on because I wanted to remember it as a contender and the woman, who was super rude, made a big deal out of it saying the owner didn't want people taking pictures.
Sadly, one of the rings I really liked was there, but the customer service was way too awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience as I've left my watch for a battery replacement and got called the following day to pick it up. I was arriving as the store was closing at 6:30pm despite their website and their Google page hours displaying 9pm. Employees leaving said that "everyone knew that mall shops close earlier at 7 because of the virus". Since when do stores close at hours "everyone knows" instead of their advertised ones. I pointed that it wasn't even 7 yet and they said that since it was quiet they can close it earlier. Simply a very unprofessional attitude, and wouldn't even lower the price of the repair as an apology when I came back the following day. First and last time I'm bringing my business to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to buy an engagement ring. Apart from being rushed and pressured to buy the ring, we had to go back 3 TIMES for the sizing At the 3rd time while going to pick up the ring, the size was still to big, the clerk responded with "smaller than that there's nothing I can do". So we were stuck with a to big ring which was always falling off her finger and finally one day it fell while we were downtown and we never found it... Thanks for waisting my time and my money!! Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT go here. Prices are the same at other jewelery stores but the service is uncomparable.

Will definitely be back.
