★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is easily the rudest person I've ever spoken to. Honestly, I have been made to feel like an inconvenience multiple times. She has the least compassionate demeanor and most condescending tone possible. Phones are never answered "until 330" like the voice-mail claims and I've never gotten a call back. The doctor said I don't need a referral to go in (all my treatment is dependent on their training) and the receptionist says I do. She hasn't had the patience to tell me how to get a referral without a GP do to the doctor shortage yet. Her solution today was, "well, tell your doctor you need one."
I wonder how many people aren't getting the care they need because they have been made to feel bad about themselves and their situation at the education center that doesn't seem to care about getting patients educated.
