★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience I’ve had in a doctors office in a long time. Receptionist and doctor were both extremely friendly and took my concerns seriously ! Will only be returning here in the future. Plus parking wasn’t a nightmare which is always nice in Victoria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our baby here while we were visiting Victoria. We were happily surprised by the kindness and medical care of all of the staff at this clinic. From the receptionist to the doctor, they made us feel welcomed and well looked after. Not to mention, that we were in and out quickly. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been on the phone for hours, (trying to set up a COVID19 immunization appointment), I was blown away that the phone rang just once,’was answered by a very pleasant & professional nurse,who handed me over to Dr. Behroozi, (he must have been standing by the desk!), and after a short conversation...everything was looked after...and, in truth, I’m in shock! The “ phone faerie”, must have taken pity on me! ‘Guess today would be a great day to buy a lottery ticket!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a walk-in clinic. The amount that both the receptionist and the doctor (specifically Dr. Behroozi) cared about my well being was beyond my expectations. After I was dismissed by another doctor over the phone for a possible fracture I decided to go somewhere else. I phoned Richmond road medical and got a call back the next morning saying I could come to a face to face appointment within the next hour or two. The receptionist made me feel very comfortable and at home. The doctor was also very nice, and made sure I was treated urgently even though there was only the possibility of a serious injury. I was able to get an x-ray as well as a CT scan right away because of Dr. Behroozi, avoiding days of waiting. I will absolutely be back here whenever I need a doctor. I've never felt more valid and cared for in a clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Family Doctor is currently battling Cancer so, I was seeking help with my hernia. I was recommended to turn to Dr Behroozi. Right away I was on the phone with him and he has recommended a surgeon. He was very professional and thorough during our phone conversation. I am told that he gets things done and I believe it!!!!

Happy to say I had a fast, friendly, and very helpful experience with this clinic. Both the medical receptionist and doctor were very caring; I felt listened to, and was quickly offered a solution. Absolutely recommend.
