★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We pay high rates for express delivery, and after 25 days still haven't received my full shipment yet. The worse thing is that when you try and contact them, at every phone call you get different information and no one seems to care. After 25 days of this, the driver who supposed to deliver "could not find my address" and wrote on the report: Consignee has moved from the address provided...?♂️, while I was inside the shop. Went to pickup myself and till now couldn't find the boxes. I reached the complaint department, all they say is we apologize for any inconvenience and no sort of action to keep customer happy. Not worth the prices we pay....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst delivery service I ever had. The shipment was delayed almost one month. When it was out for delivery, the driver missed it, then it was on hold for a couple of days. I called more than 20 times, not resolved. The more I called, the more delayed it gets.
I will never use DHL again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never that much stressed receiving a package (if ever I receive it) with DHL. My package was schedule for last Friday, the driver came but I could not hear the door bell and the driver left and rescheduled for Monday. I went online to remove the signature so that they can drop it at my front door on Monday but on Monday I got a notification that the address is incorrect and that they will not deliver until I change the address... what kind of joke is this? The address is correct and the driver came on Friday but suddenly now the address is incorrect??? I called as soon as I got the notification and was told that the driver will come back by end of day to deliver. Thinking that since they messed up and want to deliver the promise of delivery I waited but in vain...
Now on Tuesday early in the morning I called since it says that my package is on hold until I take action and they told me that it will be release today. As soon as I hang up, I receive a notification saying it will be delivered tomorrow!!! I called back and they told me that it will be tomorrow and hang up on me. It's not the first time they hang up on me since the call is not being recorded and zero customer service. I am really disgusted with the service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ridiculous. I was literally waiting at home and received no notice or calls. The driver didn't even try to deliver and just said no response at home and left. I only got informed by a text that it was failed delivery. Their service was horrible and will never buy anything from company working with DHL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too impressed with the attitude of staff.It seems they operate on a man know man basis. My observation though and so very annoying for a shipping company of that magnitude. Unfortunately, first time to go to that particular office because Google gave time of closing as 8pm. Got there by 6.30pm, no one attended to me but a lady came with loads of goods at about 7.20pm while still waiting for UBER and three people scurried to assist her. Anyways, DHL just lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only positive I can say about this place is that the young female staff was nice and we got our package there in less than 5 minutes with the required documents. For negatives, I wouldn't come all the way here if there isn't issues with the online shipping, which the company requires the ingredients in which the product provider can't give fearing the competition against rivals. I had to get my documents stamped from the Canadian Border Agency so which quite far from this place so that they can release my package. And without a car, good luck coming here when there's weather challenging conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package delivery is NOT a guessing game. Packages should be delivered to the address indicated on the waybill. DHL fails to properly read addresses and deliver to the correct recipients over and over again. This has happened multiple times. DHL please please please provide your drivers with GPS's and proper training and require proper reading comprehension skills before hiring. Your accuracy rate on deliveries to our company is less then 50%. How are you still in business? I hate leaving 1 star reviews, and rarely do, but DHL deserves this.
