Excellent work and very proactive. The team has extensive knowledge of municipal bylaws to ensure uncomplicated implementation. By the way, beware of comments from "customers" who dare not even put their real names ... Frustrated competition? ;)

J ai appelĂ© la compagnie qui m a dit que c est "NORMAL", que tout a Ă©tĂ© installĂ© selon les normes, qu ils ne disposent pas de service aprĂšs vente avec un plombier pour vĂ©rifier si tout est correct et donc de me dĂ©brouiller car ils ne peuvent nous aider. MĂ©fiez-vous d une compagnie qui trouve que c est normal des odeurs d Ă©gout irrespirables autour de la maison et qui n a aucun service aprĂšs vente.
I have just moved into a house where the Ecoflo septic tank was installed by Devcon 6 years ago. Every time I step outside I smell a strong smell of sewage. I called the company who told me that it is "NORMAL", that everything has been installed according to standards, that they do not have an after sales service with a plumber to check if everything is correct and therefore to manage because they do not. can help us. Beware of a company that finds it normal to have unbreathable sewage odors around the house and that has no after-sales service.

Je me retrouve Ă la vieille de Noel en hivers avec une cuve Ecoflow pleine Ă rebord et une pompe qui va bientĂŽt brisĂ© Ă cause du refoulement. Dommage que vous faite la sourde d'oreille et que vous preniez pas vos responsabilitĂ©s. Je vie une vraie histoire d'horreur ici avec tout ca. J'ai parlĂ© Ă plusieurs personnes ouvrants dans le domaine et tout le monde est unanime, ces entreprises se lancent la balle quand un client a besoin d'aide. Ca va faire un bon reportage assurĂ©ment, Ă suivre...
My system is no longer functional until 3 years after you installed it. I find myself at Noel's old woman in winters with a full rimmed Ecoflow tank and a pump that will soon break because of the backflow. Too bad you're turning a deaf ear and not taking your responsibilities. I'm living a real horror story here with all of this. I have spoken to a number of people in the field and everyone is unanimous that these companies jump in when a customer needs help. It will certainly make a good report, to follow ...
