★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent a junior plumber to answer a complicated problem. He spent half the time on the phone and after 2 h told me what I already knew - my French Drain was blocked. He charged 140 for using the camera for 2 feet of work (yes, its on the bill!). $400 nearly FOR NOTHING. Unprofessional service and a rip off. We used another plumber who did the diagnostic for nothing, and Potvin lost $16,000 worth of business. When I phoned and complained, they did not care. Oh, I forgot - I did get a 'free' pen. If I could give 0 stars or negative, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me 524$ to come tell me they couldn't fix the problem after installing one valve on my water pump. I find this completely ridiculous considering I paid 650$ for another company to install a new water heater and actually do there job. On top of this I requested an email stating what work was done and never received it. I was also quoted 89$ an hour on the phone and charged 125$/h in person not to mention they told me they were making me a deal for a future call to replace my whole system since it wasn't good apparently.

We’ve also reached out to them for urgent services as well when our septic main line was clogged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took less than 20 minutes to clean and unclog the drain. Amazing since the previous company we called in took 3 hours without achieving anything and still charging too much for what they could not do. This was an emergency and the owner recommended waiting for their specialized crew to be available, not to say Eric, to do the job. The team was very professional, had the right equipment, no mess at all, they pumped out the water, and clean everything after. I am glad they were recommended to us and won't hesitate to call them if there is a next time. Important lesson, deal with the right people... Plomberie Danny Potvin is probably the best one around! Thank you!
