Non seulement ils ont été incapables de régler le problème que j’avais (en plus d’avoir le culot de me facturer ensuite), ils m’ont induit à prendre une décision (celle d’appeler la ville pour fermer l’eau à une heure d’urgence) sans m’informer des coûts considérables que cela engendrerait. Je ne peux excuser une telle négligence.

Extremely disappointed with their “service”. Not only were they unable to fix the problem I had (in addition to having the nerve to bill me afterwards), they induced me to make a decision (that of calling the city to turn off the water at an hour) without informing me of the considerable costs that this would entail. I cannot excuse such negligence.
