Recommandés par le CAA, professionnels et super gentils! Petite chose: Si j'avais su, j'aurais ouvert en avance le mur plus grand pour éviter le petit défaut qui est resté à la fin. Mais je ne pouvais pas me permettre le temps de plus pour que je le fasse pendant qu'ils étaient sur place. Malgré cela, Merci!!! Good job well done. 2 visits in 2 weeks. Water inlet valve repair and complicated shower faucet repair. Recommended by the CAA, professional and super nice! Small thing: If I had known, I would have opened the larger wall in advance to avoid the small defect that remained at the end. But I couldn't afford the extra time for me to do it while they were there. Despite this, Thank you !!!

Ils sont venus chez moi puisque j'ai eu un dégât d'eau et le monsieur ne faisait que me mettre de la pression pour que j'effectue les travaux sans savoir si j'allais être remboursée ou non. Il a même eu le culot de me dire qu'il fallait que je décide rapidement puisque : « le 22 décembre les clés allaient être dans la porte jusqu'à l'an prochain. » Ce faisant j'allais être privée d'eau donc (toilettes, douche, etc. pendant minimum 2 semaines). Quand je lui ai dit que j'allais essayer de contacter mon assureur il m'a sèchement répondu : « Oui parce que ça monte hein (en parlant des coûts de la facture). Zéro empathie envers le client et j'ajouterais même zéro respect puisque j'avais les larmes aux yeux pendant qu'il me parlait et il en rajoutait. They came to my house since I had water damage and the gentleman was only putting pressure on me to do the work without knowing if I was going to be reimbursed or not. He even had the nerve to tell me that I had to decide quickly since: “on December 22 the keys were going to be in the door until next year. “In doing so, I was going to be deprived of water (toilet, shower, etc. for a minimum of 2 weeks). When I told him that I was going to try to contact my insurer he replied curtly: "Yes because it's going up eh (speaking of the costs of the bill). Zero empathy towards the client and I would even add zero respect since I had tears in my eyes as he spoke to me and added more.

They answered all of my questions before, during and after the job was done. Clean as best they could before leaving. Smiling the whole time, they made the experience enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for more.

They explain every stage of the process as they are working. It’s been seven years since, and no issues. Before starting the work they protected everything from equipment damage with plywood. When they left the property was properly cleaned up. They use a great product and highly recomend them.
