Lâespoir est revenu lors de ma premiĂšre rencontre avec Me Sigouin. Ses conseils ont Ă©tĂ© pertinents et mon dossier dâinvaliditĂ© Ă Retrait QuĂ©bec sâest rĂ©glĂ© rapidement. Pour la partie du dossier avec lâassureur, il faut ĂȘtre patient car ils ont avantage Ă laisser trainer. Me Sigouin a Ă©tĂ© Ă lâĂ©coute et a respectĂ© mes demandes. Finalement, le tout sâest rĂ©glĂ© comme je lâespĂ©rais au dĂ©part. Mon dossier a Ă©tĂ© menĂ© dâune main de maĂźtre. ?
After contacting two other law firms where my case did not seem to have been taken seriously, I was discouraged. Hope returned during my first meeting with Me Sigouin. His advice was relevant and my disability file at Retrait Québec was resolved quickly. For the part of the file with the insurer, you have to be patient because it is to their advantage to leave it lying around. Me Sigouin listened and respected my requests. In the end, everything was settled as I had hoped at the start. My case was handled with a master hand. ?

â â â â â Manque de transparence. On a fait affaire avec maitre Sophie Mongeon et c'Ă©tait une Ă©norme perte de temps et dâargent. Elle vous fait tourner en rond pendant des mois/annĂ©es sans arriver aux rĂ©sultats quâelle vous promet au dĂ©part. Je dĂ©conseille fortement ce bureau.
Lack of transparency. We did business with master Sophie Mongeon and it was a huge waste of time and money. It keeps you going around in circles for months/years without achieving the results it initially promises. I strongly recommend against this office.
