Vraiment difficile faire un cou de fil ou parvenir un e-mail dire ‘il me manque tel document’
Ceci ne serais jamais arriver avec le bureau de Terrebonne
Unable to contact customers during human error so forced to restart the whole process from the start.
Really difficult to hook up or send an email saying 'I'm missing this document'
This would never happen with the Terrebonne office
