J'ai appelé la commission de la justice ainsi que le barreau pour y voir plus clair et effectivement ils ne peuvent faire cela. Lorsque que j'ai demandé à la secretaire de me référer à un autre avocat, elle refusait de vouloir m'aider. Elle me référait à la même avocate qui tentait de m'arnaquer. L'avocate me rappelle en me parlant sur un ton de voix très condescendant, me disant qu'elle n'a jamais mentionné une cut de 35%. Elle m'a reproché de ne pas l'avoir rappelé. J'ai eu une chirurgie pour un cancer, la santé avant tout non? Bien honnêtement, je suis très déçu de l'expérience, allez voir ailleurs si vous voulez vous faire aider. Ça se dit aider et prendre coeur à votre cause, mais dès qu'on fait notre devoir de citoyen pour connaître nos droit, on nous balait de la main. Perdez pas votre temps. Si vous y allez quand même, refusez Kim Ferré, aucun professionalisme. I am eligible for legal aid and would still take 35% of the total amount of compensation. I called the justice commission as well as the bar to see more clearly and indeed they cannot do that. When I asked the secretary to refer me to another lawyer, she refused to help me. She was referring me to the same lawyer who was trying to rip me off. The lawyer calls me back, speaking in a very condescending tone of voice, telling me that she never mentioned a 35% cut. She reproached me for not calling her back. I had surgery for cancer, health first and foremost, right? Honestly, I am very disappointed with the experience, look elsewhere if you want help. It says to help and take heart to your cause, but as soon as we do our duty as citizens to know our rights, we are swept away. Don't waste your time. If you go anyway, refuse Kim Ferré, no professionalism.
s	samir thibodeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En contactant ce cabinet, je suis tombé sur une réceptionniste assez désagréable à qui jai expliqué vouloir une consultation avec Mr. Ménard mais elle m'a coupé la parole en me demandant des questions sur mon cas auxquelles j'ai répondues sans probleme jusqu'à ce qu'elle commence à me demander des détails de plus en plus précis. En lui expliquant vouloir préférablement partager les détails de mon cas avec un avocat en confidentialité et non au telephone avec la réception, elle m'a abruptement demandé de rappeler quand je serais prêt à lui dire tous les détails et puis elle m'a raccroché dessus tout simplement. Je ne peux juger tout ce cabinet puisque j'ai seulement eu affaire à la réceptionniste, mais c'a ma montré que ce cabinet est à éviter s'il met de telles personnes en place pour "recevoir" les nouveaux clients. By contacting this firm, I came across a rather unpleasant receptionist to whom I explained that I wanted a consultation with Mr. Ménard but she cut me off by asking me questions about my case which I answered without problem until which she begins to ask me for more and more precise details. Explaining to her that she preferably wanted to share the details of my case with a confidentiality lawyer and not over the phone with the reception, she abruptly asked me to call back when I would be ready to tell her all the details and then she hung up on me. simply. I cannot judge this whole firm since I only had to deal with the receptionist, but it showed me that this firm is to be avoided if it puts such people in place to "receive" new clients.

Malgré tout, j'ai grandi de cette mauvaise expérience qui m'a coûté au delà de 6000S pour me faire dire d'aller voir les petites créances. Je n'ai pas été étonné de me faire dire ça vue la condescendance de l'avocate qu'il mon délégué Karine Tremblay. Si être avocat veux dire être hautain et prendre c'est client pour des vaches à laits alors un mauvais arrangements vaut mieux qu'un bon procès. Mon cas n'était peut-être pas l'affaire du siècle par contre il méritait d'être entendue. I have a lot of regrets to have had hope that he would have had justice for my case! Nevertheless, I have grown up from this bad experience that cost beyond 6000S to be told to go see small claims. I was not surprised at make me say that given the condescension of the lawyer he my delegate Karine Tremblay. If you want to be a lawyer say be haughty and take it's customer for cash cows then a bad arrangement is better than a good trial. My case was not maybe not the deal of the century on the other hand it deserved to be heard.

Both times I have been lied to by Menard's dishonest flunkies who lie to me about legal aid mandates, their own practice fields and the reasons why I cannot be allowed to speak with Menard. This year, Karine Tremblay kept me occupied in two weeks of phone tag only to finally fail to communicate honestly viva voce. After fourteen years of this, I have never spoken to J-P Menard.
