N'achetez pas ici! Tout est terrible! Les propriétaires et les employés sont agressifs, trompent les clients, volent de l'argent! Carburant de mauvaise qualité. Des produits aussi. Le service est très mauvais! Les appareils fonctionnent très mal! Fuyez de cet endroit!

Désolé mais vraiment mauvais service... Mon amie voulait laver sa voiture mais la machine a eu un problème. Elle est donc aller voir les deux travailleurs qu il y avait. Une nouvelle et un monsieur au Tim Hortons. Elle a expliqué que la machine a un problème et que ça à pas laver l auto. Ils ont alors appeler la propriétaire et elle a dit en gros: je sais pas pourquoi çà arrive, habituellement tout marche mais nous allons pas vous rembourser. (En gros c notre problème et ils allaient rien faire pour nous aider...?)
Sorry but really bad service ... My friend wanted to wash her car but the machine had a problem. So she went to see the two workers there. A short story and a man at Tim Hortons. She explained that the machine has a problem and that the car cannot be washed. They then called the owner and she basically said, I don't know why this is happening, usually everything works but we won't reimburse you. (Basically that's our problem and they weren't going to do anything to help us ... ?)

juste pour signaler le vol a travers ce commentaire, en fait j'ai payé un lavage d'auto a l'interieur du magesin, en arrivant a la porte le terminal ou j'ai saisi le code m'a proposé d'ajouter 2$ pour lustre alors je l'ai fait avec ma carte de credit, lorsque j'ai verifié mon historique de transaction a ma grande surprise j'ai constaté que j'ai été facturé 20,68$ au lieu de 2$, c'est a dire un seul lavage facturé en double, ce que j'ai a dire de cette entreprise c,est la honte !.
just to report the theft through this comment, in fact I paid for a car wash inside the store, arriving at the door the terminal where I entered the code offered to add 2 $ for luster so I did it with my credit card, when I checked my transaction history to my surprise I found that I was charged $20.68 instead of $2, that's is to say a single wash charged twice, what I have to say about this company is shame!.

Excellent service! La demoiselle de jour est très sympathique et poli contrairement a d'autres endroits. Tôt le matin ça part bien une journée de parler avec quelqu'un d'agréable.
Excellent service! The maid of the day is very friendly and polite unlike other places. Early in the morning a good start to a day of talking with someone pleasant.

This is the worst Couche Tard location I've ever been to. I've been here twice and never again. The staff always seem confused out of their minds as if they were blindly hired and no proper training was performed. You would think a promotion on their official app (Taste the Victory) would be KNOWN to each store whether their particular store participates in the contest or not. This should not be discovered when the customer has ALREADY presented and used their coupon (which they've designed so once you click on the redeem button it expires in 10 minutes). The two incompetent workers at this station redeem my coupon, and blink at me as they realize the coupon doesn't work. Anyone who works in customer service should know, in this case specific scenario, honour me the coupon you essentially stole and wasted from me as this was entirely the fault of the employees and not the consumer. Then going forwards, don't accept coupons with any new clients, and follow up with HQ to see if your store participates or not. How someone can bungle up such common sense is beyond my comprehension. Instead I'm told, "oh the coupon doesn't work, why doesn't it work?" I was left to put the items I picked out back myself. It's a $5 coupon, just honour it as it won't harm your bottom line compared to how I will never purchase gas from this station again. And yes, I did ask for a manual deduction of the $5 coupon (as they TOLD me to click redeem when in actuality they had no idea if their store was participating in the promotion). The employee could not fathom this request, and flailed about repeating the coupon did not work with no apology, clarification or explanation. I had a severe case of second hand embarrassment from how badly handled my situation was.
