I deal with anxiety when being around new people and she makes everything so comforting and makes it feel like you talk all the time and everything! She’s always been great with concerns, if I need jewelry out for an MRI or Surgery you name if she’ll try and help! I refuse to go anywhere else at this point unless I have no other choice! I’ve also recently been in contact with the Tattoo Artist in regards to a few tattoos for myself one to cover up some scars, as well as for my mum and partner for Christmas so we can all get one together! They are both absolute dreams to work with and I can’t wait to get more done by Candice and something done by Mark!!

She asked for my consent throughout the appointment, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. As a piercer myself, she exceeded in her customer service, her procedures, and her techniques. I am absolutely thrilled to have found her, and will no longer be going to anyone else. She is highly recommended by me. Thank you so much for fitting me in today and being so incredibly talented!!

When I arrived for my appointment, I was completely floored by the price of their earrings. Double to triple what I expected them to cost.

She is definitely worth the trip to St. Albert. Her gold selection of jewellery is also much larger than most places. Superior customer service and superior products!

Candice was teaching her apprentice (my bad for never asking her name) and she is very knowledgeable. Now for the customer service side, it was incredible, I felt welcomed from the second I walked in. They did a great job at making me feel comfortable through the whole process , they explained everything and joked with me. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in town. I would most definitely recommend

It was an easy booking process, and they were happy to answer my questions along the way. Candice was AMAZING with my daughter, got her giggling, smiling and no tears, and bonus...her earrings look gorgeous. The piercings are perfect and healing better than any of my piercings have. At the same time I switched out my nose ring for a hoop and it was easy and painless. Wonderful experience with the girls here! Couldn't recommend them enough.

I came in a little nervous as this was a new experience for me, but Candice quickly put me at ease. She was so kind and excited for me. I found the pricing reasonable and as I asked before coming in they were as expected. It was worth it to me to pay a little more for the pair I ended up getting. They’re cute and I haven’t had any issue with them. And the piercing itself? I had to laugh at myself for being so worried about it, since it felt like a firm pinch and nothing more. Candice was awesome! She let me know what to expect and I’m very satisfied with her work. The aftercare instructions were greatly appreciated. I got the information I needed every step of the way and I believe I can say the healing has gone well. Overall I’m super pleased! I had a lovely experience.

When we arrived the studio was immaculate and we were greeted right away and taken through the waiver and had all prices explained up front. The jewelry selection was fantastic and they both asked and respected my child’s pronouns and chosen name (which is a big deal to us!) all of the staff were friendly and Candice was just a total delight. The piercing itself was quick and easy and Candice had my kiddo feeling at ease and laughing. It was an over all wonderful experience ^_^ thank you!!
