★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately for me, I used this clinic. I have never had such poor work in my 35 years wearing dentures.
They cracked within one week, which did not surprise me as when I saw them I could not believe how thin they were, But was reassured they were fine.
After repairing the crack, I now have thin parts and thick parts. The teeth began chipping and breaking within a month. Was told I must have an extremely strong jaw, never had the issue before.
At least 5 teeth have come loose and broken apart. It's been two years of dealing with this. After a few months I requested a new denture. Brian Butt ignored this request at least three times. The teeth just keep breaking. Brian Butt on my last visit informed me that I will just have to wait another 3 years for my husband's coverage to kick in again. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.
A new tooth broke off last night. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will pay the 2000.00 out of pocket to ensure I have teeth I can eat with as apparently my jaw must be stronger that a horses.
