Initially we went to a different place and their customer service wasn't great but we called Liberty tax Vernon and they were quick and able to see us on the same time. Chad took the time to listen to my concerns re: re-adjustment of my tax return as it was done improperly.
Chad was clear with me as to the cost of reviewing my tax return and making the necessary corrections.
Also I was given a time frame as to when I could expect this to be done.
When the revision was made ...during the time frame he told me.....Chad took the time to review my taxes, for me to ask questions and for him to explain and provide any issues he thought I should know going forward.
Chad is proactive, professional and experienced and clearly wants his clients to be informed and to make good income tax decisions.
I would and will recommend Liberty Tax to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It amazes me that I go into this office once a year and Chad always welcomes me, by name and asks how my year has gone. How on earth does someone remember you by name when they have seen you a handful of times once per year. This goes to show the level of customer service and how he understands that it is the personable things that keep customers coming back year after year. I have recommended Liberty Tax in Vernon to basically anyone who asks. My first visit was because of their mascot that was out dancing around and looking so happy on one of the hottest days of the year. I will gladly return again next year and every year there after!
