★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like living here very clean and staff is very nice and always happy reminds me of new York .I'm glad to live here with all the kids at the building laughing and playing it's literally a great place to live.now I'm going go listen to city tvs Toronto song on YouTube.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad building with a rubbish management. Intruders enter the basement every now and then, vandalize cars- management hears the news and takes a sip on their coffee doing nothing. Management is liar, they talk big about security. They are unhelpful and don't take any measure to prevent recurring vandalism. They are deaf when it comes to servicing any problem inside your apartment, be it no hot water in kitchen for hours or washroom tap is broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review to aware anyone who is considering to rent an apartment here. Today the 10th January 2022, there was massive fatal attack in the basement of 20 Teesdale place. An unidentified person entered the underground parking and destroyed 9 cars. Strange thing is:
- there were security camera installed and 1 security guard to watch. The destruction happened assuming for an hour and no one took any action. Early morning tenants came to parking and found cars are smashed.
- No official statement was provided by Management to explain what precautions they have taken to make sure this does not happen in future.
- No compensation was offered to victims.
There were couple of theft incidents and few of them happened from tenants apartment as well as from secured basement locker room. Management never investigated and discouraged tenants to report to police. Which makes the doubt stronger that security company and people from management are involved in stealing.
Ending with my observation, you don’t have security of your life or kids or valuables in 20 Teesdale Place.
