Dr. Neiman and his team even do Invisalign and Implants! Thank you Dr. Max Neiman and everyone on the team!

Friendly, modern, comfortable setting. But what I loved the most was my new dental hygienist Andrea. So thorough and gentle, and she had me enjoying myself with her funny stories. Great experience.

Been coming to this dental office for many years and always had a great experience. The staff are very personable and organized and I rarely wait in the waiting room for long. My cleanings are painless and TBH I have never had a cavity. Dr Nieman and his team always explain things to me so I can understand what steps are best for me to take to ensure optimal oral heath.

Most amazing staff!!! Was late to my appointment today and they were very understanding and patient. I can only imagine how frustrating it is after a long day to have your last patient show up late for their appointment. They gave me no grief and understood completely. So thank you again to the doctors and staff at dentistry on wellington. It is more appreciated than you know!!!!

The most outrageous and horrible customer service. They will book you an apt and pretend to care, then the day of your appointment they call and cancel with a ridiculous excuse. They discriminate against people with disabilities or on ODSP. They keep shrugging off the fact my partner needs emergency care/dental done. Called and cancelled his appointment for booked him out for end of February. Worst dental place I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’m not even the patient.

I had a dental problem with a chipped tooth just a day or two before we were supposed to head out of town. Our regular dentist was still on holidays so I phoned Dentistry on Wellington. They were able to fit me in and check out my problem. Went in at 7 pm on short notice and Dr. H. Atwal took care of my problem. She and her assistant did a wonderful job. Much appreciated. The receptionist also was very professional and very pleasant. Thanks again for taking me on such short notice. It's appreciated. Be safe and have a healthy 2021.

Im disabled and on a fixed income. I asked the receptionists to email me because I cant afford a phone and they said it was no problem. I came in for an appointment and they said they thought I wasnt coming and lectured me on not returning their confirmation calls. I reminded them that they are supposed to email me. I had x-rays done and they were supposed to email me for an appointment for a cavity once they looked at the x-rays. They never emailed me. I called from a friends phone to make an appointment and was told I wasn't in their system. I explained that I've been going to their office for years and the lady on the phone just repeated that I wasnt there and suggested that I had the wrong office or number. They tend to try and blame you when they cant figure things out. They literally sat on the phone for ten minutes suggesting ways I was mistaken. I asked for a manager or to talk to someone else and when I did they found me on their computer instantly and made me an appointment four days later. When I showed up they couldnt find me in the system. When they did, they told me I didnt have an appointment scheduled and suggested I called the wrong office AGAIN. I literally showed them my friends phone records to prove it was their number I called. Im four months pregnant and walked 45 min to get there so I started to look frustrated. I asked for a manager and was told she wasnt in. Then the manager I spoke to on the phone who made my appointment four days earlier came out of her office and told me to come in to talk. The lady at the front desk lied about her not being in. The manager only came out when she over heard me saying I talked to a manager on the phone four days earlier. The manager admitted she made the appointment but later saw it wasnt there and assumed I must have cancelled it!!! Again, diverting responsibilty to the customer. I made a new appointment and was told to bring in paperwork from my disability program for insurance or else I would have to pay for my appointment. I explained to them that that paperwork is no longer the policy, and that Im required to bring in my Ontario Health Card only. To that, I was told I was wrong (even though its been this way for three years) because the manager read about it themselves online. I told them there are web pages that are out of date and to try looking into it again, and she assured me it was my responsibility to bring in that paperwork that doesnt even exist and is not even available anymore. This all was for a brown spot on my tooth that I asked about years ago and was told it was just discolouration, so I was surprised when I was told it was actually a cavity. Just going to get this cavity fixed and then find a new dentist. 1/10 do not recommend. Bad reception and customer service and bad dentists. Never had someone try to gaslight me and blame me so many times in a row about their own mistake without even a single apology.

I had about as good of a time as you could have at the Dentist. They were quick and efficient at helping me out and they were very accommodating towards my particular insurance coverage. All in all I think it’s a good place to get your teeth looked at.
