L	Laura Ereth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously I had recommended Georgian Dental at bayfield/wellington to anyone who would ask. Though after the poor customer service with my last appointment I wont be going back. I was given a form to fill out while in an exam room and left unattended for over an hour. Dr. Tan was lovely, but other staff was delegated to price out botox for bruxism. Quote was $12/unit and 100 units (twice the cost per unit and twice the number of units quoted elsewhere). Administrator said she would see what my insurance would cover and call me back the next day, but just never called me back. This was overv3 weeks ago. If Dr. Meghan or Dr. Tan decided to work elsewhere I'd happily follow them, but I won't be returning to Georgian Dental. Edit: As expected, despite the reply below from this business, no one ever got back to me on this matter. I wasted my money on an appointment because no one was courteous enough to give me a call back to follow up.
B	B N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Dr. Tan for a third opinion and he patiently listened, and offered a number of suggestions to solve my dental issue. He,also seems to have current knowledge of the latest advancements in dentistry! His assistant Jen was also very upbeat and welcoming!

Dr. Parisa and her assistant (wish I had the name) made my experience better than expected. I like many have issues with dental work. After surgery and next day were easier than expected with virtually no pain. Thank you and well done!

I've never had such an amazing, accommodating, comforting, helpful dentist who actually listened to my concerns/issues and we made a plan around it! The waiting room is beautiful and the whole dentist office is always clean! I know things have been extra hard with covid but they still go above and beyond with everything! Thank you to all the wonderful team there, im very appreciative of you all :-)!

Fabiana was especially amazing. Very gentle with cleaning and very nice to talk too! Not to mention how beautiful the historic looking building is. It is always a treat coming to the dentist here. :)

I’ve experienced a high end professional customer service approach with all staff. The technology is high end and progressive. It feels like you go in to catch up with a friend during your visit. I highly recommend this clinic. Communication and care is fantastic.
