Friendly office staff and Dr.Gamo does amazing work. My wife came here after 30 years of not going to the dentist and she had a wonderful experience.

I am a patient of this dental office. All the staff and associate dentists are really nice and very gentle, especially Dr. Carmelita. They explain what they do and are very considerate with my dental needs. I really love coming back for my dental appointments.

I did like this dental place since it was homey as most of the staff were Filipino so it pains me to write this but I want this feedback to reach the management so they won't do this to someone else. I was just disappointed when I went there for a tooth cleaning appointment and while I was lying there I was just surprised that they started drilling. I was like, what are you doing? I thought I was scheduled for a cleaning. They said that they found my insurance was full when they checked it (I moved to a new job so my dental insurance was fresh and new) so they decided without telling me that they are going to do some tooth filling. I was just shocked and because my tooth already had a hole so I was like ok. What was supposed to be 30 minutes lasted for maybe 2 hours as they decided to do maybe about 4 fillings at once and I just felt like it was so disrespectful of my time and so very unprofessional. I did have another appointment somewhere else after that but who cares, right?

Do not go to this dentistry. I went in for a consultation for Invisalign. During the entire process before and after i was not told of any fees. I found out when i saw my insurance charged unbeknownst to me. I called back to dispute this, the reception and the dentist were extremely unprofessional. They told me that I should expect this. I am not mad about the fee, i am mad that i was blindsided and was charged un fairly. If they had been transparent about their fees from the beginning, then i could decide whether or not i want to do the consultation all together. I've been to a few dentists and they all gave me free consultations. The ones that charged me were transparent about the fees from the get go. After looking at these reviews, i am not surprised of the experience i just went through here. Do not come. Unless you want to be charged unknowingly.

Very dishonest dental office. I would give them 0 stars if I could. First of all let me start by saying I do not usually leave reviews, let alone negative ones, as I know how this could impact a business. But the way I was treated as a potential client was truly shocking and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I went in for a consultation for Invisalign. Dr. Berut was very nice and professional and the appointment went smoothly. However, a few days after my appointment, I see a charge to my insurance WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. No one, from the booking process to when I was in the office, told me there would be a charge at any point in time. I had to find out by seeing the charge on my insurance claim. I called the office to inquire about the charge, at which point they told me things like "oh well, you should have known, the dr. spent time with you", without apologizing that their practice of keeping patients in the dark and charging them without them knowing is wrong. The receptionist then referred me to another receptionist, who gave me the same message, then finally went to the lead dentist/owner, Dr. Goma. Dr. Goma was a nice and professional lady whilst I spoke to her in the office; however as soon as she spoke to me over the phone, she was very unprofessional, spoke over me multiple times to cut me off, and made it seem as if this practice of charging clients without them knowing is normal and should be expected. She also interrogated me asking me "If you already went for a consultation elsewhere, why did you still come here then?" as if it was my FAULT for choosing to come here (reason is I wanted to find a dentist I was comfortable with and felt I could trust) She, as the owner of the dentist office, wanted me to speak to the Dr.Berut, the doctor that completed my consultation. She then went on to say that the charges will NOT be reversed until I called Dr.Berut on Saturday, a week from my original appointment, at which point it would be up to poor Dr. Berut (who in my opinion has nothing to do with this) to decide if the fees were to be reversed. The client should not have to jump through hoops when the issue is a matter of lack of staff training & transparency in the office. I am not mad at the charge, but at the fact that I was not notified at any point and did not have the option to make an informed choice. Dr. Goma is two-faced, money hungry and dishonest person. To think I would have gone to them for service if not for this dishonest interaction! I regret not reading reviews before going to this place, but I hope that in reading my review, you will know what to expect when walking into this office.

Booked an appointment over the phone. Creepily enough, they were able to find my full name, date of birth, and insurance information with just my phone number alone :S Went in for a consultation at which point no one mentioned any fees to me. I only found out when my insurance company billed me for a charge i had no knowledge of. When i called the dental office to inquire, i was redirected to 3 different people, the last of which was Dr. Goma (Lead dentist and owner). When I spoke to her in person, she was very pleasant nice lady. However over the phone, she did a complete 180. Dr. Goma was incredibly rude, unprofessional, condescending, and went as far as to tell me her unethical practise of charging clients without their knowledge is somehow to be expected. I have never met such a money hungry, deceitful dentist. Do not come to this office unless you want to be scammed (charged without your knowledge). Looking at reviews now, it seems that I am not the only one that had this experience.

This is the worst dental office i have ever been to. I only came since i was referred here by one of my good Filipino friends. No offense to her. This business really needs to change the way they run their business. I went in for what i thought was a free consultation. A week later, i see a charge from my insurance company. I called the dentist to find out why i was charged. The receptionist explained that the dentist spent time with me and blah blah blah. The point is the FEES were never discussed with me. Not before, not during and not after. I tried to explain to them that they should be transparent about their fees instead of charging customers after the fact. They pulled a fast one on me and i will never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned.

Dr. Behrooz and Gamo were awesome. Dr.Behrooz guided me through the entire process of the wisdom tooth removal, and how the local anesthesia would work. Didn't feel anything. The dental assistant was also very accomodating. The front reception answered every question I had before booking. Highly recommend this clinic.
