The dentist is extremely friendly and the quality of service he provides is unparalleled. He is now my family dentist and always treats myself and my family with utmost respect. Highly recommended. His level of work is far superior than others and more importantly, unlike other dentists, you will never have any issues with a dentist here.

He is now my family dentist and we go to him for all our needs. The clinic is neat, spotless, and very organized. The staff are also very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a dentist.

I heard new owners had taken over about a year ago so I decided to try this out and I’m so glad I did. The staff is friendly, courteous and very professional! Dr. Dev was phenomenal. Very personable, kind and welcoming. I had lots of questions and he kindly took the time to answer them. I have felt in the past other dentists trying to Rush me, and push procedures on me. However, I did not feel that here. Thank you for a great first experience, I will definitely be returning!

They call a little too much for my liking, twice before your appointment and again the day after to see if you enjoyed your visit..? Which makes it all the more surprising when you show up for tooth repair and the front door is locked in the middle of the day. Had to call a different Castlemore branch in Fergus to locate someone who knew what was going on here in Mississauga. After 30 mins of waiting for someone, the front desk clerk shows up alone. "Sorry, no dentists are coming today." "My manager says to offer you a free whitening for your troubles".... my teeth are already white, so no thank you. How about get organized and stop calling so many times to confirm appointments you can't even uphold. Lately this place is looking rundown also, not the clean and tidy medical look I'm used to in a dental office setting. My last visit was also postponed because no dentist was available. When I did show up, I was treated to a 30 minute wait, past the original confirmed time, oh and the office was empty then too. I will be going somewhere that respects my time and actually would like to earn my business.
