★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this company. Specifically, AL. He was rude, unprofessional and it’s questionable how he’s an accountant. Did my taxes with him for the past 2 years and this will be the last. I told him directly that I do not have any carryover for my student loan. He stated I don’t pay taxes this year and I would get a return. I later found out he “failed” to remove the line in the system with my carryover. 2 weeks later I get a notice from the CRA staying I owe money, which is fine. However when I talked to AL about this, he started yelling like a madman and was defensive and hung up lmao. Stay the hell away from this company, he probably got his CPA from a cereal box.
