TL;DR Awful experience, hire anybody else because this company does not care I called today at 430pm because our driveway was not cleared from last night's snow (they had all day to clear it since we are at work). Jess said she would send someone tonight and call me back or email to give me a rough timeframe so I could move our cars out of the way. It's now after 8pm and as usual no call back, no email. I tried calling and of course now they are closed. Update : they never sent someone because Jess 'changed her mind' no joke, that's what she said and told me my contract was up and I'd have to pay more! - even though the snow was only cleared on the two occasions listed below. Thanks for nothing! Original review : When I call for help all I get is a bunch of excuses and lies about 'driver logs'. The only TWO times they cleared my driveway was once when they sold me the service and once when I had to call 3 times and beg them to come do the work. When I call for help Jess says she'll send someone over to clear the snow that is blocking our cars in. No one shows up and I have to call back three times and we were late for work. I end up having to dig my cars out by hand. Today we left for work and no one came by to clear the driveway all day. Got home and it was still a mess, neighbours driveway was nicely cleared by Kodiak. Apparently they sent out trucks last night right after it snowed (while we were sleeping?) and didn't bother sending any trucks out today... All the other companies are out today working. My neighbour has Kodiak and his driveway is always well managed. I'll be hiring them next year instead.

You need only look at other reviews to see there is a trend...very disappointed in the lack of snow removal service and appalled with the handling of the situation. Not only have they repeatedly forgotten my driveway but handling the situation is beyond bad business. Committing to great service and then completely failing is not even the worst part. Saying that they will refund the prorated balance of the winter and then not providing the refund and then ignoring emails and continuing to forget the driveway. Shame on Denali.

We have looked at other snow removal companies, but none offer the level of high level of customer service that Denali offers. I highly recommend their services! You won't be disappointed!

When we had another snowfall, I emailed to request snow removal and got a response within minutes! I would recommend using them as they are a local family owned business. :)

They go always beyond the expectation either the tractor guy who is cleaning the drive way will move the trash cans on garbage day, or he will even spread salt on the walkway from our container at the front after he shovels. The people behind the scenes at the office are great too - very nice, polite and helpful people. Great company all around! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

When I contacted the office, they answered my call right away. And the driver came to clean our driveway within 10 minutes. The office even reached out to me half a hour later to check with me if the driver came.

As I did not have a contract in place they went above and beyond to ensure my pregnant wife did not have to worry about the driveway while I was away! Again thank you for all the help!! Highly recommend them!
