★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable, disrespectful and very disappointing.....
- We booked months in advance for a 12 pm. move.
- After waiting for 30 min, we were told by their secretary that they went by my house and no one was there! Not only was I there since the morning, I had moved many items in the front of the house to make it easier for them. We called back and was told they were doing a last minute "small" job and they would be an hour late.
- After many Lies and excuses three guys showed up at my house 5
hours late with fast food bags.
- They seemed frustrated, slow, tired and careless.
-It ruined our whole move in many ways and the new owners plans.
The owner really lacked professionalism and respect for my family and I would never deal with them again.
- I won't be surprised if David the owner tries to deny his blame or make excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team of Julien and Julien went above and beyond taking the best care of our furniture, storing it and then moving it a month later into our new home. An upright piano was also moved. Everything arrived in perfect shape and despite harsh weather conditions the team was punctual and pleasant and cared for our furniture. I wanted to support a local company and wow did they deliver. Don’t hesitate: David’s team are the best with competitive pricing and secure storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked them to pack, move within building and unpack my 80 year old mother's 3 1/2 appt. We were schedule for 12-1 pm. They were not showing up, no calls. I called David a couple of time. They were apparently going to call as they closed up previous client's invoice, then we were likely 30 min away. By 4:30 still no calls, nothing, so they were still not done nor on their way...By then we were actually finished doing it ouselves! Ridiculous. Unprofessional. I called to cancel, no one answered, left a message. I waited 2 weeks now but no one called me back to appologize. I might have given them a breal and reconsidered this review had he given me a real good explanation but nothing again... That was for me the summum of unprofessionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment and they didn't respect the time given. Been waiting 7 hours with no communication from anyone and no one answering my phone calls. When I got a call back they keep saying they WI be there soon. Maybe 2-3 hours.
Edit: it is now 9pm, 9 hours after my appointment and I still haven't heard anything. My calls are not being answer, messages not being returned. This is a new homeowner's worst nightmare. I would highly discourage anyone from choosing this company if you value your time and want to a stress free move. Worst experience with a moving company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful about their contract. The deposit you do is not refundable. and they have no minimum deposit rules. So i decided to give them 500$ deposit. 1 week before moving, i called them to change the date and they could not do it at this date. So they didn`t refund me the 500$ because it seems i cancelled. Just be careful and since there is no minimum deposit rules, give them 10$ deposit. :-)
