About one hour before our appointment you called and told me we will bring one more labor and I have to pay more, otherwise we won't come. and you didn't come and left me and my family with all of our stuff packed and moved to the ground floor.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-star is 1-star too many. I had a move scheduled for 2PM today, May 31st. They arrived at 2:20P, had a look around my studio apartrment and asked a few questions and then said they would be right back. After 20 minutes, and no word from them, I went to the entrance of my apartment building to find that they had left. No response to my text messages, no answer to my phone calls and no ability to leave a voicemail. I also called and texted the number I used to reserve the move with the same dead end. I've sent an email, today being Sunday I don't expect a response. But how two movers could just leave with no explanation and leave me high and dry on the day you have to vacate an apartment is beyond me. I can't believe a company would do such a thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T CHOSE THEM! They never came, and apparentely it is not the 1st time. Worst than that, they ghosted us. Confirmed the day before they were coming at 7.30, then never came, never answered my calls or text. Choose another company, it is very hard to find other movers the same day
