★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was honestly blown away by your service, guys. Everything was done exactly as agreed, I've had to call you a few times and it was excellent support every time. Cherry on the cake, when I opened the cube, all my items were exactly where I left them. I did a good job at tying them up, but NOTHING moved. I was expecting some shifts in a 50km ride, but nothing of the sorts. That implies very smooth driving/picking up/dropping. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about dealing with CubeIt has been nothing but stellar. The service is better than I could have hoped for. The customer service staff are very knowledgeable on their products, have an answer to all of my questions and made things happen in a very short timespan.
Updates are very accurate, they send you a timeframe for when to expect delivery/pickup and do not go a minute over the estimated timeframe. Confirmation for services the day before is something that seldom happens, but this team accommodated even last minute changes. Would definitely recomment and use again.

After confirming all the details of my reservation (dates, price) and providing my credit card number for my upcoming move, they called me yesterday to tell me that they cannot deliver to the new address (Montreal area). I had to call another agent to find out that the issue was that they don’t deliver in Gatineau (10 minutes away from Ottawa)… it was in fact (another) LIE, because when I spoke to someone from their HO in Toronto, she said that they do go in both cities, but the REAL issue was that they made a mistake when they gave me the price and send me a copy by email. They didn’t charged us enough, so they wanted to get rid of us instead of owning their mistake… the agent on the phone was kind enough to admit their mistake, but she sent us a new quote and the price has more than doubled from the original price. I was supposed to receive a call back yesterday afternoon, but I still didn’t heard back from them. We are REALLY frustrated and stressed out because of their mistake!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Cubeit was very good. There is always a competent person to answer the phone, to help with any support that I might need. And that is without a long wait!
There is one point where I would like to suggest an improvement. The lowest anchor point inside the cube is 2.5 feet from the floor. I had many sheet goods (like plywood) that were not even 3 feet high. If you think about it a bit, you will realize that, during transport, these sheets are destined to slide out underneath the ropes that I could put into place. I foresaw this and managed to arrange my load, but I would have appreciated anchor points at 1 foot from the floor. Except for this, Cubeit gets 5 stars out of 5.
