M	Maria Leigh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always come to this walk in, however recently I’ve been coming here and noticed there a unpleasant odour if either old carpet smell and sometimes is so strong it smells like a urine smell....it’s super unpleasant and gross Update: getting really fed up with inconsistencies with timing. Their phone line says walk in from 5-8pm and I show up and the clinic if full and on the door it says 4-8pm so I could have been here an hour earlier but their phone says something different....
O	Olivia Dreisinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience with Dr. Clarke during a walk-in consultation. I came in seeking a pregnancy test since my home pregnancy test read negative, although I was quite certain it was a false negative. After explaining the situation, it was apparent that he didn't want to issue me a test and I had to kind of push for one (I did just wait 2 hours in the waiting are). We did the test and he comes back confirming that I was pregnant. When I asked for more information regarding my options from there, including which abortion method was the best if I decided to go that route, he just kind of shrugged and said "I don't have any firsthand experience with that" (a dismissive and bizarre way of saying he's never had an abortion himself). Well, as a doctor you should have SOME knowledge about a very common medical procedure. After that very short exchange, he sent me on my way totally confused and frankly scared. If you're a woman and you see Dr. Clarke on the schedule, stay far away from him. Get Dr. Cheng (who is awesome) or one of the other doctors who work there.

Doctors are great but the receptionist will be the reason why I will be finding a new doctors office. She shouldn't make patients feel like they are not welcome. She is so rude!!
N	Nic H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked the website and phone to listen to the automated operation of hours. Thursday open to 5-8pm. Great, I get there before 5, and there's a sign on the door that says no walk ins. And the next available appointment is for 4 days later. I tell the receptionist about my frustrations and she just says that the sign has been up for a week and it takes too much time and money to get I.T. to change the phone message. Poor business etiquette.
M	Mo Hariri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a 0 star if I could. I called the clinic yesterday and the receptionist was exceptionally rude and told me she would call me back. Then I called back today and the office manager answers the phone with an aggressive tone, cutting me off repeatedly and when I defended myself she said I was banned from coming to the clinic. I asked for her name so I could report the situation to my lawyer and she refused and was even more irate. This place is disgusting and I would warn everyone to stay away.

K	Katie Beall Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to call first thing in the morning and get a same day appointment with Dr. Naylor. We ended up needing to have an in-person appointment so I got to meet the staff and doctor. Very nice and professional. My daughter (age 10) liked Dr. Naylor.
T	T Wellsby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever see Dr. Komatsu. Not sure how she is allowed to practice medicine. Getting a diagnosis from her is like throwing darts, hit and miss. I've been living with a rash for over 6 months with 4 different attempts by her to alleviate it. Nothing she does works and when questioned about it she pulls the verbal ubuse card. Was in a car accident and she looked over my back for seatbelt bruising, MY BACK. Like what in the actual eff!!! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Good luck.
