M	Megz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is truly great here. They do go above and beyond. The restaurant is good too altho closes fairly early. Lots of outside restaurants nearby and the Stone Road Mall. Probably the best option in Guelph if you want a nice hotel.

I forgot my computer mouse and when I returned home, the Delta team was able to help me arrange to get it mailed back home, really appreciate your help Vanessa and the teams, thank you!

It is very conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping as well as the university. The Starbucks in the lobby/restaurant Bar Mason was perfect for my morning coffee! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Service was good until we decided we would not be using their catering service and then staff were unhelpful, did not reply to emails, and ended up restricting our date choices as it was no longer as profitable for them. Some of the worst service I’ve received from a service industry. We ended up giving up and asking for our deposit back and have booked at another hotel. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your event

The restaurant also has a Starbucks counter in the lobby which is really nice to have in the morning, especially since in addition to Starbucks coffee and espresso, they also serve some unique and healthy options like chia seed pudding and overnight oats, in addition to nice reliable favourites like breakfast sandwiches on English muffins or bagels. The room was spotlessly clean and since they upgraded us to a balcony suite, we had tons of space. Would definitely choose this location for future visits to Guelph. It's also located right across the street from the university which makes for a nice morning run if you don't feel like using the gym.
S	Sterling Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming staff (headed up by Daniel), who go the extra mile to make sure every detail pleases their guests. They are spectacular. We enjoyed a "buffet" style meal which was out of this world. Done just right. Sure wouldn't mind going back here to stay another night. They also very strictly imposed COVID-19 safety rules, which were great to see by our crew. A great time was had by all.

The event staff Kerrie, Maddie, and Mike were fantastic to work with. All three were very professional, responsive, and accommodating especially with the always-changing Covid-19 restrictions. We have received many compliments from our guests about the quality of the service, food, and overall atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
