★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh Spruce is seven stars *******! He is the first Property Manager I have met that takes action and is hands on. Everything is dealt with quickly and his Tenant management is 10/10. I have always managed my rentals myself but with the new Tenancy Laws, hiring Josh is a must. I had a Tenant register Judgements on my personal credit which still affects me to this day. Contracting Josh Spruce protects you, reduces stress and gives you more time to focus on life. He truly is a professional and I highly recommend a consultation for your current and future rental properties.

Also a quick thanks to Josh. Josh is very knowledgeable when it comes to tenants, rentals, and the rights to both parties. Josh has saved me thousands of dollars, in repairs, up grades with several properties that he looks after for me. Josh always does his homework before he hires any trades people, checks prices and always makes sure that I'm getting value for my money. I totally trust Delaney Properties in all their decisions they make with my properties. I'm a very busy person, and I feel Delaney Properties is a good Company to do business with.
