★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't buy at The Hub. Cheaply constructed on all construction except for the kitchen counter tops. The forced air in the building creates constant dust and noise. I lost money living here and if you want more problems with this building I've got lots to share. I sold my place at loss and walked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The neighbourhood will get better, the strata is very active and tries hard to look after the place. It’s right downtown steps to Triumph Coffee shop, Nature’s Fare Market, the Mission Boutique (best thrift store in town). It’s still working out the kinks but lots of young people moving in. Massage school nearby. Dogs allowed.
