★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was sent the wrong item from an Ebay purchase and they refused to exchange it... incorrect key words in the description which were left in the description from another item. Multiple people seemed to be answering emails... some more friendly than others. 3 stars because I could have pursued it further with Paypal but decided it wasn't worth my time for a $20 item. Also, the store is a little scattered and the male owner was quite aggitated when we entered an area that was supposed to be off limits but that he had left the entrance open to. Not a lot of medium-high end items in the store. Lots of inexpensive knick knacks if that is your jam.
