Even though they where extremely busy, he took the time to find the item and size I need for my wife.
It’s refreshing to finally see young people actually care about the customers. Excellent job Nick, keep up the good work.

I waited at the changing room for 15 minutes while multiple employees walked by and offered no help...
Rooms were all full of others clothing and I would assume not sanitized, so I left.

Every time I've visited this location I wait about half an hour for simple scan and pay stuff.. The manager should really have a staff meeting or hire younger faster and smarter. Will be purchasing online from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to shop for fashionable, sturdy, practical clothing and accessories. Cheep and tough, rugged products make Mark's the best place to shop for anyone who does manual laborer.
Mark's excels above its competition thanks to its employees. They are are professional, friendly, and always available when help is needed.
I attended Mark's for a black friday sale on the 22nd and they did not have my size of a particular hiking boot that was on sale, in stock. One of the employees said "no problem, I'm going to help you out" and ordered a pair of the boot in my size to the store at the black Friday sale price and they arrived at the store on the 25th, only 3 days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the absolute BEST service tonight at the North Bay Mark's store! WOW! I wasn't able to get their names (3 women and 1 gentleman who attends NipU & plays on their soccer team by the looks of his sweater), but let me tell you they were an incredible help finding a 3XL men's long sleeve shirt in a certain colour that was needed within a 1/2 hour.
You all saved the day! Our concert went without a hitch and the gentleman who needed that dress shirt was thrilled with it. He fit right in with the rest of the band :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at marks in north bay. I went in there to find a birthday gift for my wife. A young lady asked if I need assistants and I was lost in ladies clothes. She helped me with sizing, colours, and what she recommended. while she did all of this, she also offered to hold the clothing we decided on. I believe her name was Abby. Great work Abby, I will definitely be going back.
