★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! I have advocated this place many times in the past and I used to be a frequent customer. However, they did not tell us beforehand and forced us to pay 25% tip last time. There wasn't an option to change the tip or anything. Forcing 25% tip is too outrageous. Terrible, never going back again.
Response to the owners comment below: still unacceptable. We were willing to switch to the larger room, however, there was no room available. We even ordered more to compensate for the larger number of people. What is negligent on your part is is not telling us about the 25% unchangeable tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude attitude. Not friendly staff. Saturday Sept 24 night - manager on shift has a bad attitude. Not sure what her name is, Asian wear glasses. Being a manager on shift in customer service entertainment industry, she should think if she is right for it. Rude and such a turn off when she talks. I would never come back with her kind of attitude even if the other staffs are ok. She have put a bad taste for our friend to ever come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandatory 18% service charge for no service at all, the woman at front desk is not supportive when we can not get to the parking space. She should have just scanned her card in the elevator to let us to go the 5th floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can choose 0 start I would definitely do so! Be very careful of the bill that they charge CAD$200 for cleaning fee! And everything is insanely overpriced. Will let all my friends know my bad experience at this place and would never in my life go back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most luxurious KTV I have ever been to in Vancouver. The environment is very good, and the attitude of the service staff is also very good. This time, due to their mistakes in operation, they did not make an appointment for me, but they helped me upgrade the biggest party room for free.! So happy! Will continue to come!
