In one lobe the hole is tinier than most earring posts, irritating the lobe ... and I have a tendency to lose one earring. Brenda was able to find a pair on which they could put the perfectly sized posts ... and ... alter them to have butterfly backs so I don't lose one! Very special service ... above and beyond anything I've ever received anywhere else. Thank you to the team at Bijouterie de Laval.

I needed this watch fix ASAP because it was going to be a gift to my grand father. So I went to a couple of jewelry stores and they told me that they couldn’t help me because I didn’t buy the watch at their store. When I was about to give up, my wife told me to stop at Bijouterie and the female owner immediately start helping me on fixing the watch. She called her supplier and told them to get the parts ready for pick up. She told me come back by 6pm and it will be ready and she was right. I gave the watch to my grand father and he was so happy. This would never been accomplished if Bijouterie didn’t help me. They are GREAT!!!!

All I had to say was that I was looking for something simple yet elegant and the woman who helped me, knew exactly what I wanted and picked the perfect necklace.
