★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was great! The prices I got were amazing and the owner of the store took great care of me. Usually I pick bad gifts for my Wife... but the owner suggested some earrings for me to get that she ended up absolutely loving. This is the only place I'll go. I know they know their stuff and I can't find a better deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to change the watch battery and I have decided to visit this store... was a big mistake.
I let the watch to them and after few days, they called me and said that the watch is ready. I had a bad surprise... the back cover behind the watch was scratched.
I have explained that is not normal to be scratched but they argued, they tried to explain it to me that is "very normal and is not visible ". After few minutes of discussions, they have accepted to order and to change the watch back cover. One week after, they call me and... they didn't change the back cover, I have received my watch dirty, they bad polished the back cover and the same explanation: "very normal and is not visible".
The owner tried to keep me quiet, told me that " I had nothing to pay"...I payed 12$ and game over.
Is not about money...the watch is my property and doesn't meter the value is my watch.
We talk about people and communication, we talk about professional services and the society we live in ...we pay every day services. I will said that in my case, they offer me arrogance and lack of respect.
I encourage any customer to do what I do ...writing reviews. Only in this way we can help each other.
