★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En temps de pandémie ils ont bien aménagé leur boutique pour bien servir les clients sans courir de risque et pas plus de trois clients à la fois en boutique. Le service est toujours aussi impeccable et délai raisonnable pour réparation de bijoux. Première fois que j’y allais pour des changements de batterie dans les montres et le service a été assez rapide et professionnel. Le prix aussi est très intéressant de 8-12$ pour une batterie mais cela inclut de mettre l’heure sur la montre, lui redonner un éclat et si le technicien est gentil de retoucher certains imperfection si il y a lieu. L’endroit est propre et organisé.
 In times of pandemic, they set up their store well to serve customers well without running any risk and no more than three customers at a time in the store. The service is always impeccable and reasonable time for jewelry repair. First time going for battery changes in the watches and the service was pretty quick and professional. The price is also very interesting at 8-12 $ for a battery but that includes putting the time on the watch, giving it a shine and if the technician is kind to touch up any imperfections if necessary. The place is clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative rating due to their external watch repair service. Had my watch sent out for a very simple and straightforward repair. Repair was done but watch came back with a tilted/ off center dial and a dust particle in the dial, both of which were not there when i left the watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to repair two watches and asked to remove one pin to the bracelet of one of the watches. When I tried my watch at home the bracelet wasn't properly closed and the watch fell... I would have expected the clerk to at least try check the bracelet. At least the watch seems fine, but I am not happy that it could have broken.
