★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N'y allez pas, ils vont vous arnaquer. J'ai ammené une montre pour une réparation et ils m'ont dit que ma montre était finie. Je suis allé dans une autre bijouterie et ils ont remplacé la batterie et ma montre fonctionne très bien.
Don't go, they'll rip you off. I brought a watch for repair and they told me my watch was finished. I went to another jewelry store and they replaced the battery and my watch works fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire expérience à vie. J'ai réserver une bague de fiançailles de type solitaire et j'ai donné un dépôt sur cette très belle bague en parfaite condition. Lorsque j'ai voulu la récupérer, j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de voir que ma bague avait été lourdement endommagée (anneau complètement déformé et diamant horriblement en angle). Pour ajouter à cette misérable honte, la TRÈS DÉSAGRÉABLE dame essayait de me faire croire que la bague était parfaite... elle a redressé de façon ridicule l'anneau en forçant la bague et a grafigné l'or.
Je lui ai expliqué que je ne voulais pas de cette bague car le contrat était que je récupère ma bague INTACTE. Elle a catégoriquement refusée et était vraiment désagréable et arrogante. J'ai gardé mon calme et compris que cet endroit est d'une médiocrité sans égal et accepté mon erreur d'être allé dans cet endroit ou ils ne respectent pas les clients et les règlements de vente du Québec. Une honte, évitez cet endroit à tout prix.
Worst experience ever. I reserved a solitaire type engagement ring and gave a deposit on this very beautiful ring in perfect condition. When I wanted to get it back, I had the unpleasant surprise to see that my ring had been heavily damaged (completely deformed ring and horribly angled diamond). To add to this miserable shame the VERY UNPLEASANT lady was trying to make me believe the ring was perfect...she ridiculously straightened the ring forcing the ring and scratched the gold.
I explained to him that I did not want this ring because the contract was that I get my ring INTACT. She flatly refused and was really rude and arrogant. I kept my calm and understood that this place is unparalleled mediocrity and accepted my mistake of going to this place where they do not respect customers and Quebec sales regulations. A shame, avoid this place at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke buyers beware with their 50% off on gold this place is a scam. I went their and they had a 10k 26in gold chain. They had it priced at 1300$lol... she told me I’ll give u a sick price 550$ this place is a scam because when I told her I’m willing to give he 40$ the gram she didn’t want to weight the chain. Cause she now that the chain weighs nothing. The chain ended up weighing a total of 6gram and she was charging 550 which means she was charging 91$ the gram for 10k gold. That’s insanity u could by 18k gold between 50 55$ the gram. Buyers beware of this place and don’t waste ur time coming here their prices are ridiculous and their chains are ugly don’t weight a lot and their 10k trying to sell and 14k prices I will definitely not be going back their again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming here for years! New owners as of the last couple years but they are great also. I bring my jewelry there that needs to be repaired. A little pricey but only because my ankle bracelet has to be sent out for repair (comes to 18$)
