★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment on the website for a haircut. Having used the online booking system once before, I knew that you do not receive confirmation of an appointment, so I wrote a comment with my booking which read:
"If this time slot does not work, please call or email me to reschedule"
I did not receive a call or email, so I went to the shop this evening, and was informed that although my appointment had been received, they would not be honouring it because there were walk-ins in the shop and they don't take appointments when they have walk-ins.
I don't care how good the haircut is, I will not go to a business that has no respect for their customers' time. They are more than welcome to take walk-ins instead of appointments, but have the decency to send a message saying so instead of wasting my time. Just bad business practice.

It is undeniable that I will come back. Plus, being a student, the affordable rates were a cherry on top. 5-stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy is the real deal, found him on google, called to schedule an appointment, I was there on time (parking was a breeze) and was seated right away. The place was very clean and well ventilated, the owner is the only barber so you're not handed to a newbie. I showed him a hair / beard cut on my phone but wasn't sure if it would go well on me, he reassured that it would and he was right. If you're reading this review then just call and schedule an appointment, you won't regret it.

He's very personable and remembers who you are so if you get the same haircut over and over again like I do, it can go by fast. He's willing to answer the phone and give you an honest assessment of how many clients he has in his shop and how long it would take to finish them, so you don't have to wait your turn for too long, Street parking is always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I have to be honest, he's a really good barber but too bad he never respects his business schedule. Always late and never picks up his calls when I try to ask at what time he'll come. This place is for you if you are someone with no life. Avoid if you have a busy schedule.
